We provide biological services including approved biologist, permitted biologists, biological assessments, Biological studies, biological monitoring, biological inspection services, arboriculture, certified ISA Arborists, tree management plans, tree assessment plans, plant monitoring, due diligence studies, EIRs, natural environment studies, conservation, restoration, wetland services, permitting, wetland creation, management plans, plant surveys, wildlife surveys, special status species surveys, endangered and threatened species surveys, and trapping and relocation, construction reports, post construction reports, listed species habitat assessments. We also do archeological studies and site monitoring as well as paleontological monitoring and reports.
We provide a full suite of natural resource related surveys, documents, and regulatory assistance to comply with all applicable state and federal environmental regulations including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Federal and State Endangered Species Acts, and the Clean Water Act, among others. Nomad provides biological resources expertise from the beginning phases of project design, helps clients minimize impacts to biological resources informed by survey results and reporting, assists clients with obtaining permits from relevant regulatory agencies, provides biological monitoring throughout project construction, completes restoration design and implementation after project construction, and conducts long term monitoring to comply with permit conditions

BioMaAS has multiple certifications with government and private entities in California, including Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Minority Local Business Enterprise (MLBE), and multiple Small Business Certifications. We are registered with the SBA as a small business and hold 6 other (DBE/MBE) certifications, including with the state of California, the Public Utilities Commission, and the City and County of San Francisco among others. In addition, we have professionals with federal and state permits for working with special status species, ISA certified arborists, and water quality specialists which are Certified Erosion Sediment and Storm Water Inspectors (CESSWI) and Qualified Stormwater Practitioners (QSP) for water quality.
